From Cunlhat, next to L’émeraude du lac campsite & Restaurant, fish for carps, roaches, tenches, pikes and rainbow trouts. Explore La Core, from the Allier, popular for brown trouts and graylings. Visit the rules of the Fédération de Pêche du 63. Buy your fishing card at the tourism office of Cunlhat.
Le lac fait partie du domaine public. Ses eaux sont classées en deuxième catégorie. Une carte de pêche comprenant la CPMA donne le droit de pratiquer à une canne tenue à la main. Pour les autres modes de pêche, il est préférable de se renseigner.

Loin de la vie trépidante de la ville, le Livradois-Forez et le puy de dôme sont des territoires favorables à la randonnée. Familiale ou sportive, la randonnée est une des plus belles pratiques pour découvrir et se plonger en pleine nature en s’éblouissant de lumière naturelle et en s’étourdissant de silence comme ici ce chemin de randonnée qui mène à la cascade et au rocher de la Volpie à Job.
For hedonists, you will find all the local cheeses in Fournol at 20km, and don’t forget Ambert and its Fourme d’albert. If you like local products, you can also savor delicious cold meats from the local farms, buy directly at the farm or on our market every Wednesday.
